As an Auditor for Uwchlan Township, Rich will review the Township's annual audit report performed by Independent Auditors, providing recommendations on the Township's thinking on investments and certain Township funds and regularly reviewing the performance of such investments. Rich's education, business experience, and tenure on the Planning Commission, coupled with his long-term career in the financial services industry as an equipment leasing asset manager and appraiser, make him a well-qualified candidate for Township Auditor.
Rich continues to give back to our community by serving on the Uwchlan Township Planning Commission for the past 16 years. He also works part-time as an accountant for the Chester County Dept of Aging.
Rich graduated from the University of Scranton with a degree in Accounting and from Penn State Great Valley with an MBA.
Rich and his wife, Kathy, are 27-year residents of Uwchlan Township; they have four adult children and ten grandchildren.
